Amazon Account Management

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to senior management on a weekly basis of progress
PPC management and tracking using provided software
Excel modeling and building
New product launches, listing adaptations for other marketplaces
New product research, market trends and analysis
Brand management of current products and its expansion
Management of expansion into retail and other e-commerce platforms
Implementation of keywords, product titles, bullet point wording and A+ Content
Overview of current brands and dealing with any legal issues
Creation and execution of eCommerce strategies
Management of Fulfillment, Account health & Inventory
Conversion growth, Advertising & Shipping management
Other ad hoc responsibilities may apply

Requirements:

Must have a minimum 2 years’ experience with managing Amazon Accounts and brands
An expert knowledge of excel and modeling processes
Ability to work under pressure and manage numerous projects at one time
Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills

Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product strategy, roadmap and go-to-market plans
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring new products to market
Manage product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life
Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product offerings
Define product requirements, work with development teams to prioritize and implement features
Communicate product plans and progress to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, business, or marketing
5+ years of experience in product management, including experience leading cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of product development methodologies and practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and product data to make informed decisions
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus

Social Media Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase engagement, followers, and conversions
Create visually appealing content, including posts, stories, and reels, that appeals to our target audience
Utilize hashtags, geotags, and other features to reach a wider audience
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner
Collaborate with influencers, other brands, and users in the industry
Analyze performance metrics and adjust the social media strategy accordingly
Run promotions, contests, and other engagement campaigns
Utilize paid advertising options such as Facebook Ads to reach a larger audience
Share user-generated content and showcase our audience

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english
Ability to create visually appealing content, using software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for the gardening and outdoor living industry
