Amazon Product Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for Amazon's diverse portfolio.
- Managing the lifecycle of the product – from idea to implementation;
- Conduct market research and analysis identifying new opportunities and needs.
- Maintaining and monitoring performance of existing products, adapting strategies based on market dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products successfully.
- Performance and KPI analysis of all products for further improvement and its user experience (UX), using data-driven decision making.
- Define product requirements and prioritize features with development teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or marketing.
- 3-5 years of product management experience, leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in leveraging data analytics for informed decisions.
- Strong grasp of product development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical ability for market trends, customer needs, and product data.
- Customer centric knowledge and proven track record of successful product launches.
- Familiarity with user experience design principles.

At Garden Pack, we provide a competitive compensation package tailored to your expertise and skills, enhanced by annual bonuses. The base salary is 2.5K Eur + performance bonuses.
