We are actively seeking an experienced professional who can improve our brand’s online presence and advanced understanding on scaling businesses through B2C channels. Marketing Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Expand online presence on diverse channels, including Amazon, B2C, and B2B, exploring growth on platforms like TikTok Shop and IG.
- Design and implement effective marketing and sales funnels for strategic revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for data-driven decision-making.
- Create and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Generate innovative digital media concepts and oversee day-to-day posting across platforms.
- Other ad hoc responsibilities may apply
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management or related.
- 3 years experience in expanding brands through B2B or B2C channels.
- Knowledge of social media management, including Instagram and Facebook ads.
- Strong content creation skills (may cover photography, videography, editing, and writing).
- Experience in growing and maintaining social audiences across multiple platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
At Garden Pack, the salary range goes from 1K to 2K Eur, depending on previous experience and knowledge. This position will begin as a 90-day contract role with the potential to transition into a permanent employee role based on performance and fit.
