What you’re expected to do? Build up a stylised Instagram account. Include gardening guides, competitions, plant images etc. Knowledge of gardening and industry understanding is an advantage.
Social Media Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase engagement, followers, and conversions
- Create visually appealing content, including posts, stories, and reels that appeals to our target audience
- Creating ad campaigns
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner
- Collaborate with influencers, other brands, and users in the industry
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust the social media strategy accordingly
- Run promotions, contests, and other engagement campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to create visually appealing content
- Passion for the gardening and outdoor living industry is an advantage
